Our philosophy and reputation for service has been built deliberately and by hard work - From it's formation in 1989 the company has evolved to become pre-eminent in property management.

The early years saw trading in industrial units, acquisition of single shop units and the move into neighbourhood shopping centres.

Chainbow has partnered Scottish Widows, GE Real Estate, HSBC and GMAC. The active management of Chainbow has seen it become one of the best performing partners of GE, HSBC and GMAC.

Chainbow has taken all its skills and discipline and applied them into residential estate management to seek to provide the best possible service for the owners, residents and freeholders.

Chainbow is growing, ensuring that our solid foundations are used as a good base for revolutionising residential estate management.

Chainbow aims to provide a consistently high level of service leading, in turn, to greater property values.

We believe communication is the key to a well managed development. Whether that be to let owners and residents know of problems arising on the development, of planned maintenance and cyclical works, of budget versus expenditure, property tips and hints or to provide details to lettings agents.

Thank you so much for getting back to me, it makes such a change from our previous managing agents who were fit for nothing. Keep up the good work. Some people seem to only moan when things are sub standard, and not praise when things are good, I think it's a British thing.
