Speakers from Jones Lang LaSalle delivered their opinion, Bullish or Bearish, from an Economic, Finance, Retailer and Investor perspective before the results of the vote were revealed. 73% believed that turnover rents would fundamentally change the way we value retail property
64% felt the recession would prompt consumers to boost savings at the expense of retail spending
